The menu unfolds like a culinary tour across the continent. Start with Tiradito de Pescado, delicate slices of seabass dressed with lime, coriander, and chili. Savory bites like Brazilian Coxinha and Bolivian Salteñas deliver crisp textures and hearty fillings. Main courses highlight dishes such as Moqueca de Marisco, a coconut seafood stew with prawns and calamari, and Pique Macho, a bold plate of beef tenderloin with potatoes and chili beer sauce. End the meal with classics like Flan Casero or the refreshing Helado de Canela, served tableside.
