What to Expect
The meal begins with antipasti designed for sharing, including crisp Japanese beef arancini, focaccia barese, and mussels baked with potatoes in the classic tiella style. The pasta course highlights artisanal spaghetti with crusco bell pepper and sausage for a savory Southern Italian combination. The main course presents rolled wagyu beef rump stew with olives and toasted almonds. Dessert concludes the experience with freshly made vanilla zeppole served with cherries.
