Some of the world’s most vibrant flavors come from South America, and this month, Waterside places them right in front of you. The rotating global menu begins its journey with a collection of regional dishes that bring together seafood, slow-cooked comfort, and open-flame grilling.

What to Expect

The menu unfolds like a culinary tour across the continent. Start with Tiradito de Pescado, delicate slices of seabass dressed with lime, coriander, and chili. Savory bites like Brazilian Coxinha and Tucumanas (North Argentinian Style Empanada) deliver crisp textures and hearty fillings. Main courses highlight dishes such as Moqueca de Marisco, a coconut seafood stew with prawns and calamari, and Pique Macho, a bold plate of beef tenderloin with potatoes and chili beer sauce. End the meal with classics like Flan Casero, served tableside.

PROMO MECHANICS:

• Guests dining at Waterside will receive a Travel Passport (or Travel Ticket) upon joining the promotion. Each passport/ticket contains six (6) stamp bubbles that guests need to complete.
• To earn one (1) stamp, the guest must:
  • Dine at Waterside.
  • Spend a minimum of PHP 2,000 (excluding tax and service charge) on the featured monthly food and beverage promotion items.
• Solaire Rewards members can avail discount and a rebate during this promotion and receive a stamp if they meet the minimum spend of PHP 2,000 (after discount – excluding tax and service charge)
• One (1) stamp will be given per visit, regardless of total spending beyond the minimum requirement.
• Valid only for cash, credit cards, and room charge transactions.
• Two or more different passports cannot be combined to complete a set of six (6) stamps.
• Once guest completed six (6) stamps, they will receive a PHP 2,000 dining voucher redeemable at Yakumi valid 60 days from the day of issuance.
  • Yakumi dining vouchers are single-use only and shall be surrendered upon redemption.
  • Yakumi dining vouchers are non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.
  • Yakumi Dining vouchers cannot be combined in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
• Settlement of bills using dining voucher must be by cash, card or Solaire Pesos.
• Guests who successfully complete the six-stamp passport will also qualify for the Quarterly Grand Raffle.
• Solaire team members and their first‐degree relatives are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Quarterly Grand Raffle Prize:

• One (1) lucky winner will receive a Staycation for two (2) persons, including breakfast at Fresh.
• Redemption of room accommodation voucher must be within 60 days from the date of issuance.
• Room accommodation voucher is non-convertible to cash.
• Raffle draw will be conducted every quarter, and all completed passports will serve as raffle entries.
• The more completed passports/tickets a guest earns, the more raffle entries they will receive, increasing their chances of winning the Quarterly Grand Raffle prize.
