Experience a Sunday where every detail is thoughtfully crafted to delight the senses. Guests are welcomed with a lavish seafood tower of fresh oysters, lobster, mussels, and shrimp, fully refillable throughout the brunch. A semi-assisted buffet with rotating live cooking stations presents Italian classics and seasonal specialties, alongside five premium cuts including Tomahawk, Tajima Wagyu Rump, and Sirloin, plus a special cut and roast carved tableside for added theater. Each dish is meticulously prepared by our in-house 1-Michelin star Chef Andrea Spagoni and complemented by a dedicated cheese trolley featuring over 20 Italian and international selections.

Tableside and pass-around creations bring the experience to life, from mushroom risotto and baked oysters to freshly baked pizza, seafood pasta, and homemade gnocchi finished tableside and served by our Chef. Desserts continue the indulgence with a live tiramisu station, make-your-own cannoli, and a selection of signature pastries, transforming every course into a memorable finale.

A cocktail and mocktail trolley visits each table, offering Negronis, Bloody Marys, Bellinis, wines, soda, and thoughtfully crafted mocktails, sometimes personalized to your preference. Guests also enjoy complimentary Pool Access, extending the celebration into a leisurely afternoon by the water. Accompanied by live Italian and international music sets, the experience unfolds in perfect rhythm, creating a Sunday of refined indulgence and effortless Solaire-style luxury.
