What to Expect

Kick off the evening with a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, with guests choosing from a Mojito, Caipirinha, or Piña Colada. Begin the feast with freshly prepared guacamole from the interactive Nachos Trolley, then explore a buffet of cold and hot appetizers, sides, and mains including salt-crusted baked salmon, chimichurri chicken, bourbon BBQ pork ribs, and herb-crusted lamb rack. Roaming carving trolleys serve smoked beef brisket and whole roasted USDA chuck roll, allowing guests to select their preferred cuts tableside. Enjoy unlimited wines, beers, and soft beverages throughout the evening.
