Notice to the Public Regarding Unauthorized Selling of Rooms

It has come to our attention that there are several persons/groups of persons who are offering and/or selling hotel rooms at Solaire Resort Entertainment City and Solaire Resort North (collectively referred to herein as “Solaire Resorts”) to the public, through social media platforms such as Facebook particularly under the account of Staycation@PH, without our authority or consent.

In view of the foregoing, the public is hereby advised that Solaire Resorts is not in any way connected or affiliated with the aforesaid sellers and their respective Facebook accounts. Any bookings made through these unauthorized sellers and/or channels will not be recognized and accepted by Solaire Resorts. The public is hereby advised that Solaire Resorts is not, and will not, in any manner be responsible for any and all transactions made in relation with the said Facebook account, and similar unauthorized platforms, and that those who use the same do so at their own risk.

Please be reminded that complimentary rooms may not be transferred, assigned or sold to any party without the consent and approval of Solaire Resorts. Solaire Resorts reserves the right to suspend, revoke or withdraw any entitlements granted to a patron who is found to have violated the same.

The public is hereby enjoined to only deal with official Solaire Resorts’ sites in booking hotel rooms in any of our properties.
