  • Maximum of 2 tickets per room only; additional tickets should be directly purchased through Ticketworld.
  • Show tickets for the scheduled performance on the day of arrival include guaranteed pre-selected A-Orchestra seats (seat numbers provided at or after booking and non-changeable) and may be redeemed at the front desk upon check-in by presenting a valid confirmation letter and government-issued ID.
  • Show ticket is valid only for the event and seat for which it was issued and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced if lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed.
  • Full payment must be received at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours from time of reservation.
  • In case of cancellation or no-show, deposit/payment will be forfeited.
