Terms and Condition

1. This promotion is open for all guests of legal age residing in the Philippines.
2. Guests may avail discounted rates by booking direct through call (02-8888 8888) or email [email protected] or online through Solaire Resort Entertainment City’s website https://sec.solaireresort.com .
3. Offer is available for reservation between April 1 – June 5, 2026 for stays on July 4–26, 2026.
4. Promotion is exclusive for Sky Studio only.
5. Maximum of 2 tickets per room only; additional tickets should be directly purchased through Ticketworld.
6. Show ticket date/show schedule will be on day of arrival. Guaranteed pre-selected A-Orchestra seats. Seat numbers will be provided at time of or after booking and is non-changeable.
7. Show tickets may be redeemed on arrival date at the front desk upon check-in. Valid confirmation letter and government-issued ID should be presented upon redemption of show tickets.
8. Show ticket is valid only for the event and seat for which it was issued and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced if lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed.
9. Full payment must be received at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours from time of reservation.
10. In case of cancellation or no-show, deposit/payment will be forfeited.
11. Regular room modifier applies to higher room categories; ticket inclusion as is, no upgrade.
12. Discounted rate cannot be used in conjunction with other existing promos, offers, and discounts.
13. Package inclusions can only be redeemed during the stay.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other existing promos, offers, and discounts.
15. Promotion is non-convertible to cash and/or other services or products, and not eligible for rate reductions. Any unused or unconsumed package inclusion is non-refundable nor convertible to cash or discount.
16. Prior reservation is required based on property’s current inventory.
17. Promo is valid only at Solaire Resort Entertainment City.
