What to Expect
A composed six-course experience guided by Chef Jin Suzuki, where each dish is paced with intention and built on premium, seasonal ingredients. From lightly torched tuna to deeply comforting sukiyaki, every course moves with balance and restraint. The meal closes on a generous note with unlimited desserts, allowing you to linger and finish as you please.
