Chef Spagoni brings Central Italy’s most beloved traditions to the table through a thoughtfully crafted 3-course set menu, featuring handmade pastas, wood-fired meats, and classic dishes designed for generous sharing. Drawing inspiration from Tuscany, Lazio, Umbria, Emilia-Romagna, and Marche, the menu elevates rustic recipes with a chef’s mastery while keeping their soul intact. Expect robust antipasti, a quietly stunning Amatriciana, and a Josper-grilled tagliata layered with depth and smoke, followed by the nostalgic sweetness of Zuppa Inglese. It’s an intimate, flavor-forward experience created for two or more guests.
