We are posting this notice since a small number of guests without current contact information on our database cannot be contacted via personal means. However, all Solaire accounts remain secure, as all guest accounts are protected by two-factor authentication (OTP-based security).

Currently, we have no evidence of misuse of your personal data. However, we encourage you to remain vigilant and exercise caution when receiving unsolicited communications.
How did this happen?
Our ongoing investigation suggests no unauthorized external access to our systems. Our IT team and cybersecurity partners continue to work diligently to confirm the source of the data.
