Maximum of 2 tickets per room only; Additional tickets should be directly purchased through Ticketworld.
Ticket date/ show schedule will be on day of arrival. Guaranteed pre-selected Orchestra seats. Seat numbers will be provided at time of booking and is non changeable
Tickets may be redeemed on arrival date at the Front Desk counter upon check in. Valid confirmation letter and government ID should be presented in redeeming the show tickets.
Ticket is valid only for the event and seat for which it was issued and cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
Full payment must be received at the time of booking. For unpaid bookings within 24 hours, reservations will automatically be cancelled.
Offer is non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable. In case of cancellation and no show, deposit / payment will forfeited.
Regular room modifier apply to higher room categories; But ticket inclusion will be the same, no upgrade.
