Solaire's signature restaurants take home three distinctions

The annual Philippine Tatler T. Dining Best Restaurants Awards held recently saw the country's acclaimed chefs, restaurateurs, as well personalities from business to the art scene, converge in one space to celebrate the finest gastronomic creations of the flourishing culinary scene of the country.

Launching the T. Dining Best Restaurants Guide 2020, Philippine Tatler also awarded its the Top 20 Best Restaurants of 2020. Solaire's signature restaurants Red Lantern and Finestra Italian Steakhouse were both recognized as part the esteemed list.

The award comes as a first for Red Lantern which is known for its extensive menu of authentic Chinese delicacies that originate from the various regions of China. On the other hand, this is Finestra Italian Steakhouse's third consecutive appearance on the Top 20 and continues to impress with its Italian cuisine, remarkable steaks, and impeccable service so much so that the restaurant also received a special merit for Best Service, further setting its mark as one of the country's best.

Receiving the plaques from Philippine Tatler on behalf of Solaire was David Batchelor, Solaire's Senior Vice President for Resort Operations.
