You will move through sashimi, teppanyaki, and tempura, tasting shrimp and lobster in parallel to uncover their unique textures and flavor depths. Delicate angel shrimp meets rich lobster, lightly seasoned, then boldly paired with layered sauces. Each course reveals how technique reshapes sweetness, umami, and bite. It is a guided exploration where every comparison leads to a new favorite.
