What to Expect
The Hyogo flight showcases sakes from respected producers such as Honda Shoten, maker of the Tatsuriki label, and Tatsuma Honke Brewing Company, known for its Hakushika brand. Guests may also opt for the Aficionado Selection, a trio from Kagamiyama Brewery recognized for its elegant and aromatic sake crafted with Saitama Sake Musashi rice. Each flight presents three carefully chosen sakes designed to reveal the diversity of Japan’s brewing tradition. Served side by side, the pours invite guests to compare aroma, texture, and finish.
