This exclusive pairing dinner by Chef Jin Suzuki, in partnership with Philippine Wine Merchants, presents a six-course journey that moves from delicate toro and truffled crab sushi to char-grilled buri and premium teppanyaki wagyu. Each dish is meticulously paired with curated sake and wine selections, from refined Junmai Daiginjo to expressive Italian reds. The evening begins with pass-around canapés and cocktails, and ends with Amazake Mousse and “Mio” Sparkling Sake for a bright, elegant finish.
